Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies

amount ingredient
1/2 cup coconut oil
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup almond milk
2 cups flour
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup chocolate chips

Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350 ℉
  • mix coconut oil and sugar
  • add milk and vanilla
  • in a seperate bowl: mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt
  • combine dry and liquid ingredients
  • add chocolate chips
  • form into tablespoon sized balls, flatten
  • bake for 7-10 minutes

Perhaps reduce sugar content in future.
