Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies

| 1/2 cup | coconut oil |
| 1 cup | brown sugar |
| 1/4 cup | almond milk |
| 2 cups | flour |
| 1 tablespoon | vanilla |
| 1 teaspoon | baking powder |
| 1 teaspoon | baking soda |
| 1/2 teaspoon | salt |
| 1 cup | chocolate chips |
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350 ℉
- mix coconut oil and sugar
- add milk and vanilla
- in a seperate bowl: mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt
- combine dry and liquid ingredients
- add chocolate chips
- form into tablespoon sized balls, flatten
- bake for 7-10 minutes
Perhaps reduce sugar content in future.
